My name is Sonoe Oft. I have enjoyed being an acute care OT for over 12 years.
When I started out in acute care there was not a mentorship where I worked. I felt like it was sink or swim. The learning curve was very steep and I felt very alone struggling to find my way.
I created and collected resources over the years to manage the wealth of information needed to make good clinical decisions. I've compiled it into an easily accessible road map to reference.
I created the OT Road Map Community to be the mentor I wish I had. I am the mentor who is your friend. You can bring anything to me and I will meet you with empathy and compassion to guide you through any challenges you face.
I'm the mentor who wants to share all my secrets how I claimed may confidence as an acute care OT. I want to give you the short cut to confidence with the road map I laid out from my journey.
